Rules of Engagement (ROE) pocket card is a product of Tony’s violence awareness workshop and is the application of gaining a new mindset and encouraging better decision practices within the context of self-improvement values to the intensely social problems created by self-identity, foreclosed-identity and perception. It is a philosophy based approach that fosters values and self-confidence, while reducing negative learned-behaviors. The intervening goal of the ROE card is to enhance quality of life for students, families and community settings.
