Hey Big T. Just wanted to let you know, I like the Corinthians saying. I remember when we used to be co-workers at the P.O. in Germany and one day you had like three of us put our feet on chairs and doing pushups that way. Good work out and fun. It was nice having such a knowledgeable friend on how to work out and be healthy, and to push you that lil extra. A lot of people came to you for advice, and I witnessed you helping numerous people, including myself on working out right, so you don’t pull something lol. Oh, and your smoothie station…still missing such a delicious healthy treat.

I worked out for survival not for health, but God granted me strength and guidance to never give up!!
